La pobre Edurne lanza 'Break Of Day', versión en inglés de 'Amanecer', esta semana. ¿Para qué ahora? ¿No hubiera sido mejor antes de Eurovisión para eso de hacer un poco de promo? ¿Se la tenía guardada y no pudo lanzarla hasta ahora por algún motivo? ¿Hubiera mejorado su resultado en el festival de haber cantando 'Amanecer' en inglés? Preguntas sin respuesta.

Dejando de lado que esta adaptación es mejorable, el eurodrama sigue una vez acabado el festival, que volvió a arrasar en audiencias en España,como todos los años. Peter Boström, uno de los autores del 'Amanecer' de Edurne, ha soltado críticas muy duras a TVE después del festival: de Edurne dice maravillas, pero de la gestión de la televisión española casi que todo lo contrario, a la que acusa de "asfixiar a los artistas y autores".
I think other countries could benefit from the Swedish way of thinking. Being positive, friendly and humble is ALWAYS a better option than being greedy and selfish. Listen to the creators and the people expressing their visions and ideas, don't get stuck with the people trying to benefit financially on your music.
I am proud of Edurne and what SHE brought to Thomas, Tony and my song. She really made Amanecer her own. I am, however (and I will probably regret saying this) NOT happy with the Spanish television company and its way of conducting business and relations. If you take a step back and look at this you'll find that listening is the way to success. Don't choke the talented artists and authors in your country, work WITH them and you will find success eventually.
