Exclusive Interview with the fan sued by Madonna for leaking 'Give Me All Your Luvin'

Jorge Moro was sued by Madonna for "leaking" 'Give Me All Your Luvin'. Spanish Justice has said that he is free of charges now.

How all this Madonna lawsuit started?

First of all I received an email from 'Madonna Chile' forum with an anonymous warning saying that the police had my full name and data to arrest me. Obviously I didn't pay attention to that nonsense. Firstly because I thought it was a threat from another forum member, mad at me. Most of Madonna collectors don't like the way I ruin their business sharing unreleased material for free. A thing I do just for unconditional love to Madonna. All my life I've promoted friendship between fans.

The next day... 3 policemen appeared at my store. In their car they told me: "Miss Madonna Ciccone has sued you in London... for revealing secrets and uploading a song from her upcoming album". In that moment I felt my legs trembling. Even knowing that I wasn't the author of the leak.

I still remember when I arrived home after work the day the leak happened. I read on the forum the topic 'Gimme All Your Love' and I was like "Oh My God!". As any other fan I was craving to listen to Madonna's new material. Especially because I had also seen the YouTube video whit the song played inside Madonna's London house. What a coincidence, right?

Madonna referred to you as a hacker on The Graham Norton Show...

Right, Madonna said publicly that I was a hacker and that I should be in jail. That hurts me a lot. I cant understand why Madonna's lawyers have not told her how this story ended. Im not guilty, the demo was not uploaded from my computer. Im a Madonna fan since I was 4.

Was Madonna's name on the lawsuit files? Dit it shock you?

Yeah, on the summary it appers the name: "MADONNA CICCONE". Her lawyers accused me of menacing Guy Oseary on Twitter and even of the unphotoshoped photos leak. Can you believe that? I've never done something like that!
I believe in karma and I believe in God. I know that the damage you do to other people comes back doubled sooner or later. Im a good person.

How does it feel like for a fan to be sued by his idol

I can't explain it. Its a mix of anger and deception. Like when you have a heartbreak. Madonna is where she is because of her talent but also because of her true fans, like me.

I only shared 'Across the sky'. 'Latte' and 'Broken' were leaked by other forum users.

That makes me emotional. I got lots of forum messages. One of them told me that he got cancer and that he didnt have so much time on earth but he enjoyed the rare stuff that I shared. So beautiful and so sad at the same time!

I think she is very smart. She knows what to do. But she can't just point at me and then look the other way. The damage is done, but a public rectification would be good. That would prove to me that she is as huge as I think she is. Someone has to tell the world what has happened to me.
